Your account header shows how much of the month is left, and the Usage page lists every job VERA has run, what it was for, and what it took. Nothing is ever spent without appearing there, so you never have to guess.

No. In Manual Approval Mode, VERA only acts after you approve. It will only act on its own if you deliberately create an Auto-Pilot rule, and even then you set guardrails and can pause it anytime.

Yes. Every plan runs at least one company, and the bigger plans include more: Business covers 3 and Agency covers 10. On a paid plan you can add companies past what it includes for a monthly fee each, prorated from the day you add one, and archiving a company takes it back off the bill. Each one keeps its own customers, estimates, invoices and connected accounts; what you share across them is one login, one bill, and one approval queue.

An approved action is one proposal you click Approve on that then runs successfully: a post scheduled, a reply sent, a report filed. Drafting and previewing don't count, and a failed run doesn't count. Your trial ends when you reach 7 days, 1,000 credits, or 20 approved actions, whichever comes first.
